ABC-Mobiili - mobile app is ABC’s own mobile app that makes everyday life easier for drivers. It allows you to pay for refuelling, car washes and for charging your EV at ABC Stations. You can also view buffet and à la carte menus of ABC Service Station Stores in the app, and you can use the app to pay for your buffet meal on arrival at the station. The app can also be used to order and pay for à la carte dishes at the selected ABC Service Station Store in advance. In addition, the app can be used to monitor the average fuel consumption of one car and to view the selection of services at each ABC Service Station Store.
How do I change the user interface language of the ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can choose Finnish, Swedish or English in the app. You can find the language settings in the Minä (Me) menu.
Is there a fee for ABC-Mobiili - mobile app?
ABC-Mobiili - mobile app is available free of charge. You can download the app from App Store or Google Play depending on your smartphone. You can find the application as “ABC-mobiili” or “ABC-mobile”.
What is ABC-mobile refuelling?
ABC-mobile refuelling is an easier, faster and smoother way to refuel where you pay with your smartphone. You don't need to remember your PIN code or use your payment card at the meter. What is ABC-mobile car wash?
Our mobile car wash is an easier, faster and smoother way to wash your car where you pay with your smartphone. You don't need to enter any codes or get your payment card out as the payment is charged to the payment card registered in the mobile app. You can also use Apple Pay.
You can buy mobile car washes one wash at a time or save money by purchasing tickets of three or five car washes. Many cooperative store areas also have a monthly wash program available.
What is ABC-mobile ordering?
Mobile ordering is an easier, faster and smoother way to pay for your restaurant meals at an ABC service station. You can order an à la carte or an ABC Burger meal at your preferred ABC Service Station Store in advance and pay for your order with your smartphone. The payment will be charged to the payment card you have registered in the mobile app. Once you arrive at the ABC Service Station Store, all you need to do is to find a table or a pick-up point and enter the table/pick-up point number in the app. The meal you have ordered will be served to you at the time you specified when you placed your order.
You can also pay for your buffet meal with the mobile app and get a -10% discount on your adult buffet meal.

How do I download and install ABC-Mobile - mobile app?
You can download the ABC-Mobiili - mobile app free of charge from App Store or Google Play. You can find the app as “ABC-mobiili” or “ABC-mobile”.
How do I turn on the PIN query in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Select "Authentication" in the "Me" section of the mobile app. You can choose authentication with a PIN code or biometric authentication.
Can I use ABC-Mobiili - mobile app for payments without logging in to the app?
You can, but if you want to use the app to make a payment, you will need to log in to the app and add your preferred debit or credit card details.
Can I use ABC-Mobiili - mobile app on any mobile device?
ABC-Mobiili - mobile app is available for smartphones only. It is supported on iOS 12.4, Android 6.0 and later.

What is the S User Account?
The S User Account is an S Group authentication method that you need to log in to S Group's online services. You can create an S User Account for yourself at [S User Account] (https://s-kayttajatili.fi/)
Where can I get an S User Account?
You can create an S User account by selecting "Create an S User Account" in the ABC-Mobile app or at [S User account] You can also log in to S Group's other digital services with your S User Account. You do not need to be a co-op member to create an S account.

Mobile refuelling
How does mobile refuelling work in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
When you open the app, it automatically detects which ABC Station you are at based on the location of your smartphone. Drive to a meter that is available and select the corresponding meter number in the app. Payment with the payment card you have registered in the app is easy. You can start refuelling your vehicle immediately after making the payment. The entire payment transaction can be completed while sitting in the safety of your vehicle. You only need to step out of the vehicle to refuel. If determining your smartphone's location takes longer, the app will open in the ABC section instead of the current station. When your phone has determined the location, a "You are at station" button appears at the top of the ABC section. Tap this button to go to meter selection. You can also see the nearest stations based on your location on the map (in the ABC section) and in the station list (in the Search section).
Can I refuel at any ABC Station with ABC-mobiili - mobile app refuelling?
Yes, mobile refuelling is available at all ABC Stations in Finland. There will be green stickers on the meters to indicate that mobile payment is available.
Can I pay for my fuel in the mobile app in advance?
Paying for your fuel in advance in ABC-mobiili - mobile app is not possible. Instead, the actual amount of your refuelling will be charged after you have refuelled – just like when you pay at a card terminal. When paying with ABC-mobiili - mobile app, you can set the amount of the authorisation hold that will be charged to your account. The app sends the actual sum (how much you refuelled) to your bank immediately after you have refuelled. The bank will refund the difference between the sum verified beforehand and the actual refuelled amount to your account. As a result, your account will not have any large authorisation hold in effect until the actual purchase transaction is charged.
How do I know which meter to use when I want to pay for my fuel with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Drive to any free meter and check the number on the meter. All ABC fuel meters are numbered. Select the number of the meter you are at in the ABC-mobiili - mobile app. The station will also have stickers indicating that mobile payment is available.
Is it possible for someone else to refuel at my expense if I use ABC-mobiili - mobile app refuelling?
This is only possible if you have selected a station or meter in the mobile app that you are not at and someone else is. It is not possible to select the meter someone is already using as it will be shown as taken in the app.
What do I need to do at the meter to start mobile refuelling?
Drive to a meter that is available. Select the number of the meter in the app. Make the payment. A message will appear in the app telling you that you have 2 to 3 minutes to start refuelling. Then, for safety reasons, leave your mobile phone in your car and start refuelling as you would normally do by lifting the pistol from the pump.
Is the use of mobile phones allowed in station areas now?
For safety reasons, mobile phones should not be used in the meter yard due to the proximity of highly flammable substances. You will not need your smartphone during the actual refuelling, so you can leave it in the car.
Car wash
How can I pay for a car wash with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can buy individual wash tickets or serial tickets with the mobile app. In many co-operative store areas monthly car wash subscriptions are also available.
Single wash
You can pay for a single car wash with ABC-mobiili - mobile app when you arrive at an ABC Carwash station. To purchase a wash, first select the station you are at in the mobile app, then select Wash, and from the purchase screen select the wash programme of your choice. Select one item of the wash program of your choice. Pay for the wash when you reach the payment terminal and you are next in line. When the car wash door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided by the car wash.
Serial washes
You can buy serial car washes at the ABC Carwash station or in advance. At the ABC Carwash station, select the station you are at, then select Wash and select the wash programme of your choice from the list. Select three or five tickets to the wash program of your choice. Pay for the wash when you reach the payment terminal and you are next in line. When the car wash door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided by the car wash. One of the washes you purchased will be used immediately and the “Use wash” screen will show two or four unused washes. If you purchase a serial wash ticket in advance, all washes will be shown as available in the “Use wash” view. Purchase in advance can be initiated from the ABC section of the mobile app by tapping the green “Buy in advance” button. The available locations and expiry dates of your serial washes are shown at the time of purchase and after the purchase under “Valid car washes” in the mobile wash view in the Me section. Separate instructions apply for the purchase and use of monthly washes.
Can I pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app at all ABC Carwash stations?
You can pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app at nearly all ABC Carwash stations. You can view the details of ABC Carwash locations in the Search section of the app. You can narrow your search to only show the carwashes where you can pay with ABC-mobile - mobile app.
Why doesn't ABC-mobiili - mobile app Wash work at all ABC Carwash locations?
Some ABC Carwash locations do not yet have systems in place that make it possible to pay for your wash with the app.
Can I pay for my car wash in advance?
You can buy serial and monthly washes in advance with ABC-mobiili - mobile app. Single washes can only be purchased with the mobile app at the ABC Carwash stations. Before paying, please check which ABC Carwash stations accept pre-purchased washes.
Is it possible for someone else to wash their car at my expense if I use ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
This is possible only if you pay for your carwash with ABC-mobiili - mobile app or use a prepaid wash when someone else is ahead of you in line. Another possibility is that the ABC-mobiili - mobile app has located you incorrected or you have accidentally selected an ABC Carwash station that you are not at. To avoid this, check the name of the ABC Carwash location in the app and only pay for or use a pre-paid carwash when you are at the pay station and next in line.
How do I know which car wash to drive to at a station with more than one car wash if I want to pay for my car wash with the mobile app?
The washing machines of ABC Carwash stations are numbered. Drive up to the door of the car wash you want to use and select the corresponding car wash number in the app. Pay for your car wash when you are at the pay station and you are the next in line. When the door of the car wash opens, drive in and follow the instructions given by the machine.
How do I pay for a car wash with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You need a payment card added to the app. Drive to the payment terminal at the wash station. Open the ABC-mobiili - mobile app. From the app, select Car Wash at the ABC Carwash station you are at. Select one, three or five tickets to the wash program of your choice in the “Buy car wash” view. Pay for the wash in the app when you reach the payment terminal and your turn is next. When the purchase is completed, you will get a receipt in the ABC-mobiili- mobile app. When the car wash facility door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided at the facility.
What do I need to do to use a car wash I have previously purchased with the mobile app?
Drive to the payment terminal at the ABC Carwash station. Open the ABC-mobiili - mobile app. From the app, select the Wash at the ABC Carwash station you are at. In the “Use wash” view, select a previously purchased wash program and tap the “Use wash” button when you are at the payment terminal and your turn is next. When the car wash door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided by the car wash.
I have purchased a car wash product that includes multiple washes. Where can I use them?
The car washes can be used within the region of the regional co-operative at ABC Carwash facilities that offer the mobile wash service and the wash program you have purchased. Locations where the car washes will be valid are always displayed at the time of purchase. You can also check the mobile wash section of the Me view to see your purchased mobile washes and the locations where they can be used.
I have purchased a car wash product that includes multiple washes. How long will the purchased washes be valid?
If you buy a wash product that includes three washes, the washes will be valid 90 days from the day of purchase. On the receipt, the wash product may appear as something like “Premium pesu 3 kpl sarja”. When you buy a wash product that includes five washes, the washes will be valid 180 days from the day of purchase. On the receipt, the wash product may appear as something like “Premium pesu 5 kpl sarja”.
Is it less expensive to buy more than one wash at a time?
Regular price washes are less expensive when purchased as serial washes. The mobile app will show the amount you save at the time of purchase.
I have an S-Business card and I get a discount for car washes. Will I get additional discount if I purchase a car wash product that includes multiple washes?
Car wash products that include multiple washes already have a discount on the regular price of a single wash. The mobile app shows the price of a single wash with the discount taken into account. The amount you save for multiple washes is shown at the time of purchasing.
Can I check the queue in my local car wash?
Almost every ABC Carwash station has a web camera that sends a nearly real-time stream showing the queue in the mobile app. The camera image updates approximately once per minute.
Monthly washes
How can I activate monthly washes in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Monthly washes requires a monthly wash subscription. Start by selecting Wash and then select monthly wash from the “Buy car wash” view. Start your order by entering you vehicle's registration number (example: ABC-123). You will need to add a separate payment card for ordering and paying for the monthly car wash subscription. Payment cards previously added to the app cannot be linked to monthly wash subscriptions. Please fill in the card-specific contact information. The e-mail address will be used to communicate any price changes.
How can I use the monthly wash in ABC-mobiili - mobile app
Your vehicle's registration number will be scanned at the payment terminal or at a separately marked scanning point. ABC-Mobile will send you a notification that you can click to start the car wash manually. Another option is to activate automatic start in the Mobile Wash section of the Me view. When automatic start is activated, you don't need to open the app when using the monthly wash. When the car wash door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided by the car wash.
How long will my monthly wash subscription remain valid?
The monthly wash subscription will be valid until further notice and will be charged every 30 days.
Does the monthly wash program have a fixed term, such as one year?
You can cancel your monthly car wash subscription at any time. You will be able to use car washes until the end of your subscription period or until all car washes of the subscription period have been used.
Can I purchase more than one monthly wash subscription for the same registration number?
This is currently not possible. You can have only one subscription for one registration number.
I have purchased a monthly car wash subscription. Can I wash my vehicle an unlimited number of times?
By purchasing a monthly car wash subscription, you can wash your vehicle regularly at ABC Carwash stations displayed in connection with the purchase. Please confirm that the locations are good for you before purchase. The monthly wash subscription covers a maximum of eight (8) car washes during each period of 30 days. Please note that the monthly wash subscription can only be used in the ABC Carwash stations of one co-op region. Upon purchase, the ABC Carwash stations where your subscription is valid are displayed. They are also shown in the Me view.
I have used eight washes. ABC-mobiili - mobile app now says I have no more washes. Where can I buy more?
You can use a maximum of eight (8) car washes during each period of 30 days. The monthly subscription is automatically renewed after 30 days. You can buy additional single or serial washes with the mobile app.
I have used my eight car washes before my period of 30 days has ended. Can I cancel my subscription and purchase a new monthly subscription?
You can cancel your monthly wash subscription at any time, but you cannot buy a new subscription for the same registration number before the current subscription period has ended.
Is there an S-Business discount for monthly washes?
There is no S-Business discount for monthly car washes. The price of the monthly subscription is very competitive as it is.
Does the monthly wash subscription accumulate my Bonus?
Yes, if you have linked your S-Etukortti card to your S user account. You can check this in the Me section of the mobile app.
How can I end my monthly wash subscription?
You can end your monthly wash subscription at any time. You can find your current monthly wash subscription under Car Wash in the Me view in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. You can access your subscription details by tapping on your monthly wash subscription. You can find a button to cancel your subscription near the bottom of the screen.
Can I drive directly to the car wash (without opening the app) if I have a monthly car wash subscription?
You don't have to open the app to use your monthly wash subscription; instead, you can activate the “Use monthly wash automatically based on the registration number” setting under Mobile Wash in the Me view. When the car wash door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided by the car wash.
I have already added a payment card to ABC-mobiili - mobile app. Do I have to add another payment card for the monthly wash subscription?
A payment card is required to order and pay for the monthly car wash subscription. Payment cards already added to the app cannot be directly linked to the subscription. You need to add a payment card for your monthly wash subscription separately even if you use a card that has already been added to the mobile app.
How can I change the payment card used for the monthly wash subscription in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can find your current monthly wash subscription under Car Wash in the Me view in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. You can access your subscription details by tapping on your monthly wash subscription. Tap the “Update payment card” button and follow the instructions.
Can I use the monthly wash subscription even though my vehicle's registration plate is not in the centre of the front bumper?
The registration plate must be in its proper position in the front bumper of the vehicle for the register scanner to be able to read it, which is required to successfully use the monthly car wash subscription. The registration plate must have three letters and three numbers for the registration plate scanner to work. Special registration plates, such as ABC-1, are unfortunately not supported.
Consumption monitoring
Where and how can I monitor my vehicle's fuel consumption?
You can view the following information under History in ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
- Euros paid for refuelling.
- Litres refuelled.
- The average fuel consumption of a single vehicle.
What purchase information can I see in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can view details of your own purchases in the mobile app. You can also monitor the fuel consumption of a single vehicle in the app. Only refuelling actions that have a meter reading attached to them are used for the fuel consumption monitoring and in the average consumption calculations. To monitor fuel consumption, you can enter the odometer reading of your vehicle after you refuel. The application will calculate fuel consumption and distance travelled between refuels as well as the average fuel consumption of your vehicle when it is refuelled fully.
The application can also take it into account if you don't refuel your vehicle fully but to partial capacity of the fuel tank only. In this case, you enter the meter reading after refuelling and use the slider to indicate this was a partial refill. The litres from the partial refuelling will be taken into account in the average consumption calculation the next time you refuel your vehicle fully. This way both the average fuel consumption and consumption between refuels are calculated correctly.
Where can I see my purchase Bonus?
You can see your purchase bonus in S-kanava or in S-Mobile.
How do I add the meter reading after refuelling and paying with ABC mobiili - mobile app?
After you have refuelled, ABC-mobiili - mobile app shows the refuelling details and an “Add meter reading” button will be available in the lower right corner. You can also add a meter reading under History by opening a receipt and selecting “Add meter reading”.
How can I edit a meter reading that I have added or mark a refuelling full/partial?
You can edit the meter reading of your selected refuelling under History by opening the receipt and selecting “Edit meter reading”. You can also mark an individual refuelling to full or partial under “Edit meter reading”. First full refuelling (where consumption monitoring has started): Meter reading in kilometres. Full refuel: Text “X.X l / 100 km (YYY km)”, where X.X litres is the consumption between full refuels and YYY km is the distance travelled between them. Partial refuel: Text “Partial refuel”.
How can I remove an individual refuelling from the average consumption monitoring in ABC-Mobile?
You can remove the meter reading of a selected refuelling under History by opening an individual receipt and selecting “Edit meter reading”. A Remove button will show in the top right corner of the edit meter reading view. After this, the refuelling will no longer be taken into account in the average consumption monitoring.
Why am I not able to track the average consumption of more than one vehicle in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
ABC-mobiili - mobile app currently only supports the average consumption monitoring for one vehicle.
How can I start new consumption monitoring in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can find a “Reset consumption monitoring” setting under the Me section in ABC-Mobile. The kilometres previously entered will be cleared. Please note that there is no way to restore the information you remove.
How can I disable consumption monitoring in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
There is a “Consumption Monitoring” setting under the Me section in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. You can disable consumption monitoring with the “Monitor consumption of your vehicle” slider. If consumption monitoring is disabled, the “Add refuelling” and “Add meter reading” items will no longer be displayed in the mobile app.
How do I remove all meter readings from consumption monitoring in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can find a “Reset consumption monitoring” setting under the Me section in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. Please note that there is no way to restore the information you remove.
Ordering and paying for restaurant meals in advance
How can I order restaurant meals in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Select the Restaurant feature and tap the “Start ordering food” or “Order ABC Burger” button. You can also click “Start ordering food” in the main view of ABC-mobiili - mobile app to open a list of nearest and most popular ABC Restaurants. Select the dishes you want to order from the menu. You can find more information on each dish by selecting its name. Order dishes by selecting ‘Lisää tilaukseesi’. You can also add dishes to your order by selecting their price. To finalise your order, select ‘Näytä tilaus’. More information can be found in the instructions section of the app (found in the upper right corner of the order screens).
Can I order food with ABC-mobiili - mobile app during all opening hours of the Service Station Stores?
The food preorder hours of each Service Station Store are displayed in the mobile app. Food orders are only accepted for the same day. It is not possible to pre-order in advance for the following day.
Which restaurant items can I order with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
The menu of dishes available for order at each ABC Service Station Store is available in the mobile app. Please note that the menu may vary between different Service Station Stores.
Can I pay for the buffet with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can and you should – you will get a 10% discount when you order and pay for your buffet with ABC-mobiili - mobile app. Please note that the discount applies to normal adult buffet prices, not the children's buffet. Please pay for the buffet only after arriving at the Service Station Store. Prepaid buffet orders have to be used within 60 minutes of purchase.
How can I cancel a restaurant order made in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Orders placed through the mobile app are always binding. Sometimes something unpredictable happens, and you need to cancel your order. In such a situation you can cancel your order by calling the ABC Service Station Store as soon as possible. The phone number of the Service Station Store can be found in the order confirmation you receive in the app. Refunds for cancelled orders are always considered on a case-by-case basis.
Are food advance orders via ABC-mobiili - mobile app also available for groups?
At the moment, the maximum group size per order is 12 people. Large groups are requested to place orders using the group order form available at www.abcasemat.fi. Same-day or next-day orders for groups larger than 12 customers should always be made by telephone directly to the service station so that we can ensure your break will go as smoothly as possible.
Please note that if group travellers also order meals with their personal ABC-mobiili - mobile apps, completing the orders may take longer than expected.
How do I pay for restaurant orders made with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Your order will charged to the Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit), S-Business card or Apple Pay account registered in the ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
Will I get a stamp on my ABC meal bonus card for meals purchased with the mobile app?
Currently you will not get a stamp on your ABC meal bonus card for meals purchased with the mobile app.
Can I request changes to my meal with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Yes. You can change the main side dish – for example, you can substitute mashed potatoes with vegetables or French fries. You can also customise dishes by deleting ingredients, for example, you can delete a sauce. All changes must be made in the mobile app when placing the order.
How are special diets taken into account in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
The diet details of each dish are indicated in the mobile app. Hamburger meals are available with a gluten-free bun and the patty can replaced with a vegetable-based patty. Some of the meals are also available as vegan options.
Can I add items to my meal with the mobile app?
Yes. You can add more patties or meat balls, for example, to your meal. You can also add extra sauces and dips to certain dishes, and you can order larger French fries with your ABC Burger meal.
Can I order restaurant meals with ABC-mobiili - mobile app at all Service Station Stores?
Yes, all ABC Service Station Stores support ordering meals with ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
Where can I see the receipt for a restaurant order I made with the mobile app?
An electronic receipt is generated automatically for all restaurant meal orders under the History section in the ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
Can I also get a paper receipt for meals ordered with ABC-mobiili - mobile app at the Service Station Store?
Unfortunately, no paper receipts are available for pre-ordered meals. The receipt is only shown under History in ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
How do I know which table my order will be served to?
All tables in the restaurant area have a label with a number. When you arrive at the station, choose any free table and enter its number in your mobile order. This way the restaurant staff knows what table to bring your order to.
Where do I pick up the takeaway meals I have ordered with the mobile app?
Takeaway orders are packed into takeaway boxes and delivered to the table just like eat-in meals. When you arrive at the station, choose any table that is available and enter the table number in the mobile app. The restaurant staff will bring your takeaway meal to your table based on this number.
What should I do if no numbered tables or any tables are available when I come?
If this happens, please talk to the personnel of the ABC Service Station Store.
What can I do if I accidentally order my food to a wrong Service Station Store?
Contact the Service Station Store where you placed your order as soon as you notice the mistake. Refunds are always considered on a case-by-case basis, but if your order has not been prepared yet, it will be refunded.
What should I do if I am delayed and cannot make it to the Service Station Store by the time I indicated in the order?
Contact the Service Station Store as soon as possible and give the personnel your new estimated time of arrival. The customer is responsible for providing a correct pick-up time. Prepared meals can be kept warm for 10 minutes after the pick-up time you have given. As we want to ensure the high quality of our products, meals that have been waiting for longer than 10 minutes can no longer be served.
What if I accidentally enter a wrong table number?
In this case please talk to the service station personnel.
I want to order my food to a pickup parking spot outside the ABC Service Station Store. What should I do?
Find the pick-up parking spaces at the station when you arrive at the ABC Service Station Store where you ordered the dishes. The locations of the pick-up spots vary, but they are usually near the entrance and marked clearly. Is it safe to pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Yes, smartphone payments are safe. Mobile payments usually require logging in to the application and approving each payment separately. Nobody can charge anything to the payment app without you noticing. If the payment card registered for the ABC mobile app or the smartphone on which you have installed the app is stolen, you should immediately contact the card cancel service at +358 20 333 (24/7). As soon as you make the cancellation, the payment cards registered to ABC-mobiili - mobile app can no longer be used.
How is refuelling charged in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
The sum will be charged to the payment card you have registered to ABC-mobiili - mobile app. The authorisation hold will be refunded once the payment has been charged.
How is car wash charged in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
The price of your washing program will be charged to the payment card you have registered to ABC-mobiili - mobile app. The authorisation hold will be refunded once the payment has been charged.
How are mobile orders charged in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
The price of your mobile order will be charged to the payment card you have registered to ABC-mobiili - mobile app. The authorisation hold will be refunded once the payment has been charged.
Can I choose between debit and credit in combination cards in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Yes. If you want to use the debit feature of your payment card, enter the digits in the lower left corner on the back of the payment card in the card data. The first 16 digits are the card number while the three last digits are the CVV2/CVC2 security code. If you want to use the credit feature, enter the digits on the front of the card and the CVV2/CVC2 security code on the back on the card (near the signature).
How can I change my payment card in ABC-mobiili - mobile app if I change banks or when my card expires?
You can manage your payment cards, including adding new cards and removing expired cards, under Payment Methods in the Me section of the app.
Can I add more than one payment card to ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You can add several Visa, MasterCard or S-Business cards in the ABC-mobiili - mobile app. You can assign names to your payment cards to make them easier to identify during payment. You can do this by selecting Payment Methods in the Me section of the app and then choosing the card you want to rename.
Will I get the Bonus, the Refuelling Bonus or payment method benefit when I pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Yes. The bonus and the Refuelling Bonus will be applied automatically after you authenticate as a co-op member in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. You will also get the payment method benefit when you pay with the S-Etukortti card.
Can I add a parallel payment card to ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Yes, as long as the parallel card is an S-Etukortti Visa card and the card holder authenticates himself or herself in ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
Does ABC-mobiili - mobile app work in Apple Watch?
ABC-mobiili - mobile app does not currently support Apple Watch.
Can I get a paper receipt for refuelling at the meter field?
Yes, you can print a receipt at the meter field after refuelling as usual. If you use mobile refuelling, an electronic receipt will be available in ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
Can I get a paper receipt for car wash if I pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
No, but an electronic receipt will be available in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. If you use S-Group's electronic receipt archive the receipt will also be stored there.
Do all payment transactions require additional verification when I pay with the ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
The bank will decide whether the cardholder needs to be identified in a transaction. If your bank requires authentication, the ABC-mobiili - mobile app app will direct the customer to the bank’s authentication system. In practise, the customer uses the bank’s access code app for authentication or receives an SMS code and enters it in the authentication site. Visa and MasterCard cards may require strong authentication. S-Business cards and Apple Pay does not require strong authentication.
Why do I have to authenticate with my bank even though my purchase is less than €50?
The bank will decide whether the cardholder needs to be identified in a transaction. Previous purchases, among other reasons, influence the bank’s decision. As the shopkeeper, we have no say in that.
Why is strong authentication sometimes required when I pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Strong authentication policies vary between banks. Some banks require strong authentication for some payments, some require it for all payments. As the shopkeeper, we have no say in their different practices.
How can I start using Apple Pay when I pay with ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Add the payment card(s) you want to use to your iPhone's Wallet app. Apple Pay will be added to payment methods in ABC-mobiili - mobile app automatically.
Can I add any payment card to Apple Pay?
Cards supported by Apple Pay include (but are not limited) to cards issued by the following banks: OP, Nordea, Aktia, Bank Norwegian, Danske Bank and Säästöpankki. How do I pay with Apple Pay in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
After you have enabled Apple Pay in the Wallet app, you can select Apple Pay by tapping on the payment card name and then selecting Apple Pay when making a payment.
Do I have to use strong authentication for every payment when I pay with Apple Pay in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Apple Pay does not require strong authentication for each payment. Strong authentication is done when the payment card is added to Apple Pay. There are no authentication requests after this. Instead, the smartphone uses Apple's hardware- and software-based security features.
Is Apple Pay free to use?
There is no separate charge for using Apple Pay.
Will I get a Bonus / a Refuelling Bonus when I pay with Apple Pay?
You will get your Bonus and the Refuelling Bonus as usual as long as you have authenticated as a co-op member in ABC-mobiili - mobile app. Special notice to customers who use a company card! If you have authenticated to ABC-mobiili - mobile app as a co-op member and make payments with Apple Pay and a company card in ABC-mobiili - mobile app, you will get Bonus and the Refuelling Bonus.

Can I make payments with Google Pay or Mobile Pay in ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Unfortunately, Google Pay or Mobile Pay cannot be used for payments in ABC-mobiili - mobile app currently. We aim to add more payments methods to ABC-mobiili - mobile app in the future.

Why am I unable to add my payment card (debit/credit) to ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
Please see the list below for the most common reasons for users not being able to add payment cards to the mobile app.
- Online payments must be enabled for the card. You can check and change your card settings in your online bank or by contacting the bank that issued the card.
- When you add a debit card by inserting the number on the back of the card in the lower left corner, please note that the three separate numbers on the row are used as the CVV2/CVC2 security code.
- When you add a credit card by inserting the number on the front of the card, please note that the three numbers located on the back of the card near your signature are used as the CVV2/CVC2 security code.
- When you add a card to your ABC-mobiili - mobile app account, a preauthorisation charge of €0.01 is made on the card that is immediately cancelled. However, your account must still have that amount when the preauthorisation is made.
- The card must be currently valid.
- New payment cards must first be used in a physical payment terminal with the PIN code once. The new payment card can then be added to ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
- Adding a payment card requires strong authentication by using your bank’s authentication methods. It is important to note that the authentication method offered by the bank has to be activated and accessed by the user, and the user must then return to ABC-mobiili - mobile app to complete the process. In other words there are no automatic transitions between the apps.
What do I have to do if I am making a payment with ABC-mobiili - mobile app but the app reports an error?
Payment transactions can fail for various reasons. Please check the following:
- The card has no restrictions on online payments.
- The card contains sufficient funds to pay the purchase.
- If the bank requires additional verification, use the bank’s access code app for authentication after selecting the meter and your payment method. After the authentication, return to the ABC-mobiili - mobile app. Please note: There are no automatic transitions between the apps.
- Carefully follow the bank’s instructions for payment transactions.
- If the payment still fails, please contact your bank for more instructions.
Why do I have to log in by using my S User Account every time I access ABC-mobiili - mobile app?
You don't need to log out of ABC-mobiili - mobile app when you are done – you can simply close the app. You can enable authentication with a passcode or biometric authentication in the app. The option is available in under Authentication in the Me section of the app. If you log out of the app, you will need to authenticate again by using your S User Account the next time you access the app.
Why does the payment sometimes fail when setting the authorisation hold sum?
Setting an authorisation hold sum in connection with a payment transaction can fail for various reasons. Here are some of the more common reasons and instructions for what you can do.
- Check that you have sufficient funds for the authorisation hold sum on your account. You can change the sum that is verified before the actual payment transaction by tapping the payment card item on the screen and selecting the desired maximum amount.
- Check for “Expired” in your payment card records in the app (under Me / Payment methods). If your card has expired, you need to add the new card you have received from your bank to the app by using the Add payment method feature.
- Has your payment card changed recently? Even though your card number is the same, the card's period of validity and security code have changed and must be updated in the service. Please delete the old card and add the new card.
Who can I contact if refuelling with ABC-mobiili - mobile app fails?
You can find an electronic feedback form you can use to contact customer service under the Me section in the app. Please include your contact details, the ABC Service Station Stores and the date and time of your transaction. The feedback form can also be found on the abcasemat.fi website.
Will someone else be able to refuel with my ABC-mobiili - mobile app if I lose my smartphone?
If you lose your smartphone or a payment card registered to ABC-mobiili - mobile app, you should contact the payment card cancel hotline at +358 20 333 (open 24/7) immediately. After you have cancelled your payment cards, nobody can make payments with your smartphone and ABC-mobiili - mobile app.
My ABC mobile car wash payment was successful but the door to the washing machine did not open.
Open the mobile app and select Wash at the ABC Carwash station you are at. Select the Use Wash view and you should be able to reactivate your wash program. You can use the wash at the ABC Carwash facility where you purchased the wash or at another ABC Carwash facility of the same cooperative that offers the mobile car wash service and the wash program you have purchased.
I have a valid monthly wash subscription but I cannot access the washing station.
Check that:
- your vehicle's license plate is readable
- you have entered your vehicle's registration number to ABC-mobiili - mobile app correctly
- your monthly wash subscription is valid
- your monthly wash subscription has unused washes left
- your vehicle is at the payment terminal or separately marked spot where the registration plate scanner can read your vehicle's registration plate.
- Technical problems may also occur with reading your vehicle's registration plate. Please contact customer service.
